1. Eligibility Access to Tummy Temple Wholesale pricing and ordering is restricted to approved wholesale accounts. By registering and placing orders, you confirm that you are a legitimate business purchasing products for resale only, not for personal consumption or service supplies.

2. Account Approval Wholesale accounts are subject to approval. We reserve the right to decline or revoke wholesale access at our discretion.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Wholesale pricing is tiered based on quantity ordered per product. Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders will be honored at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of order unless net terms have been separately agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

5. Resale & Branding Products purchased through Tummy Temple Wholesale may be resold in their original, unaltered packaging only. You may not relabel, repackage, or alter products in any way. Tummy Temple branding and labeling must remain intact.

6. Regulatory Compliance As a reseller of dietary supplements, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations in your jurisdiction, including proper storage, handling, and labeling requirements.  You agree not to make medical claims and assume full responsibility for all liabilities associated with medical claims made by you, your company via any and every communication tool owned, used or managed by you or your company and its employees.

7. Limitation of Liability Tummy Temple Wholesale's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of our products.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our wholesale platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
