1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or placing an order through Tummy Temple Wholesale (wholesale.tummytemple.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all wholesale buyers, account holders, and visitors to our store.

2. Wholesale Account Eligibility Access to wholesale pricing is restricted to approved business accounts. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are purchasing products for resale or professional use, not personal consumption
  • You hold any required resale certificates, business licenses, or permits applicable in your jurisdiction
  • You are at least 18 years of age and authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business

We reserve the right to approve, decline, or revoke wholesale account access at any time and for any reason.

3. Products & Pricing All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Tiered wholesale pricing is applied automatically based on quantity ordered per product. Confirmed orders will be honored at the price displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time prior to shipment.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.

4. Orders & Payment Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. Payment is due in full at the time of order unless net payment terms have been separately agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for personal use, orders with suspected fraudulent activity, or orders we are unable to fulfill.

5. Minimum Order Requirements A minimum of 12 units per product is required for wholesale pricing. Orders below the minimum may be subject to a surcharge or cancellation.

6. Shipping & Delivery Shipping terms are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds All wholesale sales are final. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Product Resale & Branding Products purchased through Tummy Temple Wholesale may only be resold in their original, unaltered packaging. You may not:

  • Relabel, repackage, rebrand, or alter products in any way
  • Remove or obscure Tummy Temple branding, labeling, or ingredient information
  • Represent our products as your own formulations
  • Sell our products on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) without prior written approval

9. Regulatory Compliance As a reseller of dietary supplements, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to:

  • Proper storage and handling of supplement products
  • Accurate representation of product claims in your marketing (you are 100% liable for any and all medical claims presented by you or through you or any representation of your business, not limited to online sites and accounts owned or managed by you.
  • Required business licenses and resale permits
  • Import regulations if purchasing for international distribution

Tummy Temple Wholesale makes no representations regarding the regulatory status of our products in jurisdictions outside the United States.

10. Intellectual Property All content on our wholesale store, including logos, product images, descriptions, and branding, is the property of Tummy Temple and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use our product images and descriptions solely for the purpose of reselling our products. Any other use requires prior written consent.

11. Confidentiality Wholesale pricing, terms, and any proprietary business information shared with you are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without our prior written consent.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties Our products and platform are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tummy Temple Wholesale disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tummy Temple Wholesale's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

17. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
